This activity was carried out by the FEB UTM Bachelor of Management Study Program.

Implementation of a Workshop on Curriculum Preparation and OBE-Based CM, TBP and PBL Learning Methods with resource persons from domestic universities, namely (PIKA) UGM Academic Study Innovation Center, this activity was carried out in 2 activities starting from 21-22 October 2022. The participants in the OBE-Based CM, TBO and PBL Curriculum Preparation Workshop and Learning Methods were 38 lecturers majoring in management and especially those who held positions in quality assurance for faculties and departments. This is due to the assignment of universities, faculties and study programs in designing the OBE curriculum which is useful for preparing for LAMEMBA accreditation and International Accreditation. By following this, the quality assurance team has produced an international standard OBE curriculum document in the FEB UTM Bachelor of Management Study Program.
All management lecturers who took part in the Workshop on Preparing OBE-based CM, TBP and PBL Curriculum and Learning Methods were able to develop CM, TBP and PBL curricula and methods based on Outcome Based Education so that this activity will be beneficial for study programs in fulfilling one of the requirements for applying for international accreditation. Apart from that, this activity directly contributes to achieving IKU 6 and IKU 7, namely IKT 2 for IKU 6.
By carrying out this activity, the Bachelor of Management Study Program can improve the quality of the curriculum to international standards, apart from that, the competence of lecturers has also increased in preparing an OBE-based curriculum related to preparation for international accreditation. Thus, this activity is correlated with efforts to support increasing global human resource development in implementing the Tri Dharma of higher education, especially in the field of education which will be useful in encouraging the development of institutions that are increasingly focused on supporting the implementation of international accreditation.
