Implementation of the Independent Campus Competition Program (Program Kompetisi Kampus Merdeka [PKKM]) activities which are packaged in activities Training and Competency Testing for Lecturers at International Ranking Certificate Institutions is implementation MBKM with academic partners and DUDI. This activity was carried out by the FEB UTM Bachelor of Management Study Program.
This activity is carried out according to a structured schedule. The number of participants involved in the international competency certification test activity is 33. This activity is carried out from Friday to Sunday, 12-14 August 2022. The international competency certification test is divided into 3 competencies, namely Certified Financial Risk Management (CFRM), namely 13 lecturers, Certified Human Resource Analyst (CHRA), namely 7 lecturers, and Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA) 13 lecturers.
Meanwhile, for national competency certification with the MSME Facilitator Assistance scheme, which was carried out online and offline, there were 20 lecturers. Online activities will be held on 9-10 November 2022 and offline on 16-17 November 2022.
The result of this activity is that it is able to improve human resources, namely lecturers, in the quality of higher education tri dharma activities. Through this activity, lecturers have additional certification outcomes, both national and international. BNSP National Certificate with 20 MSME Training Facilitator Scheme certificates. Meanwhile, the international certificates are in the form of 3 Certified Financial Risk Management (CFRM) competencies with 13 certificates, Certified Human Resource Analyst (CHRA) with 7 certificates, and Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA) with 13 certificates. Furthermore, this activity can also establish long-term collaboration in MBKM activities. This activity can be in the form of student exchange MBKM.
With the implementation of Lecturer Competency Training and Testing activities at International Ranking Certificate Institutions, lecturers personally receive certification both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, the management study program can collaborate with partners, namely PT. Hutama Hanriz Indonesia and Mawardi Group whose output is implementation of cooperation (Implementation Agreement/IA). This activity also supports IKU 4, IKT 1 for IKU 3, and IKT 2 for IKU 6
With the existence of Lecturer Competency Training and Testing activities at Internationally Ranked Certified Institutions, this will support increased human resource development in implementing the tri dharma of higher education, especially in the field of education, which will be useful in encouraging the development of institutions to be more focused according to the competency area of each lecturer. Furthermore, this activity will make it easier to implement collaboration with partners.
