This activity was carried out by the FEB UTM Bachelor of Management Study Program. The speakers came from HM manager of PT Bogasari Flour Mills, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, CV Giga Samudra Nusantara and PT Eksata Integra Islamica. The total number of participants was 200 participants. The implementation of this activity has an impact on student insight, so that students are able to understand the challenges of entering the world of work and the soft skills needed in industry. This is useful for students in projecting students&#8217; passion for science concentration with the need for soft skills at DUDI. Practitioners provide practical knowledge that suits needs, not only in the form of theoretical concepts. Apart from that, this activity has a direct impact on IKU 4, IKU 6 and IKU 7, namely IKT 1 and 3 for IKU 4 and IKT 2 for IKU 6.
